1. Acceptance of Terms
Effective April 10, 2026
By accessing makanandelivery.id or purchasing our healthy meal delivery services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws in Indonesia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using this site and our subscription services.
We reserve the right to revise these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated framework.
2. The Service
Scope & Operations
Makanandelivery provides a meal kit service focusing on calorie-controlled set meals. Each diet menu with delivery is curated based on nutritional standards designed for the general wellness of health-conscious individuals.
Our primary operation is to deliver fresh, prepared food to your specified address within Jakarta and surrounding areas. While we strive for precision in every portion, variations in raw ingredients may lead to minor deviations in macro-nutritional counts.
- Daily delivery window: 07:00 - 10:00 WIB.
- Order cut-off: 48 hours prior to delivery date.
- Customer support: 07:00 - 21:00 daily.

All prices listed on makanandelivery.id are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of relevant taxes unless stated otherwise. When you order healthy meals through our platform, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your subscription plus delivery fees.
We use secure, third-party payment gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our local servers.
4. Cancellations & Pausing
Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled with at least 72 hours' notice before the next delivery cycle. Cancellations made after this window will apply to the subsequent week's schedule.
Refunds are processed as store credit by default. Cash or bank transfer refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 5% to cover transaction costs.
5. Delivery & Storage
Makanandelivery assumes responsibility for the thermal integrity of the meal until it reaches your door. Upon delivery, the risk of spoilage passes to the customer. We strongly recommend immediate refrigeration of all meals at or below 4°C.
Our couriers will wait a maximum of 10 minutes at the delivery point. If the customer is unreachable, the meal will be left in a safe location (if available) or returned to our facility; in such cases, no refund will be issued for the missed delivery.
Nutritional Disclaimer & Safety
Allergen Awareness
While we follow strict sanitation protocols, our facility handles nuts, soy, seafood, gluten, and dairy. We cannot provide an absolute certainty that cross-contamination will not occur. Customers with severe food allergies use our service at their own risk.
Non-Medical Service
Makanandelivery is a culinary wellness provider, not a medical institution. Our meals are designed for healthy lifestyle support. We do not provide clinical advice or personalized dietary planning for individuals with acute chronic conditions.
